Hello, Bikers Edge is a great place to buy a motorcycle, four wheeler, dirt bike and any other bikes anyone is looking for. I'm a beginner and new to this bike stuff and all, but my first experience here was wonderful, awesome staff and they go and assist people with whatever anyone may need or fix something about their bike. I take my bike there just about all the time to keep my bike up to date and try to keep it in tick top shape. They welcome me every time and help me better understand all my questions that I may have. When I first bought my bike from them, I was clueless about how bikes like these work. They went over it to help me understand it better than I knew myself and they offered me to take a bike course class to further my understanding on how to ride my bike, anyone can take these courses and helped me alot. For beginners like me, I would recommend buying your first fun sport bike or any other toys anyone is thinking about buying, from Bikers Edge. Friendly staff.

I picked up my 2016 Victory Cross Country Tour on Saturday, and this is an amazing bike and first rate sales staff and customer service. I am glad I drove the 2 1/2 hours to get there, it was well worth it. The Sales Manager Alex worked to get us what we wanted, and worked with the costs effectively. Overall great experience.

This is the second bike I have purchased from Bikers Edge and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the great trade in value I got for my old bike from Brian to all the help I received from Amber on the financing. I didn't have a perfect credit score and Amber had tried to help me before but it didn't get done,Amber just kept encouraging me and never made me feel like a second class citizen. Brian told me that I was a great customer but frankly its pretty easy to be a good customer when your service and experience was awesome. Keep up the good work guys

I bought a Victory about a year ago and have nothing but good things to say about Bikers Edge and Jeral.

Jeral and Amber as well as everyone else we dealt with were great people with an obvious passion for bikes and customer service. Found the Cross Country Tour that we wanted through cycletrader and called Jeral. Worked a fair deal on the phone and they held the bike for a couple of months until it was warm enough for my wife and I to fly in and ride it home to Albuquerque. Jeral picked us up at the airport and we were done and on the road in less than 2 hours. That included a 45 minute guided test ride around Wichita. We highly recommend buying from these guys even if you don't live in Wichita.

I appreciated the friendly staff and sales people. They made my decision to drive all the way from Texas to Kansas worth the trip. The information they offered on every thing I looked at was helpful and not pushy. You can tell they were there to make a customer happy and not just to sell a bike. It was a long trip but well worth the drive. It warmed up enough for me to ride the hard ball back from about Dallas home. Got to say I love it. Got lots of looks every where. Thanks again. Jason

I worked with Jeral on the selection of my bike which was an upgrade for me and he was awesome he answered all my questions he was fare, noligable, he did not pressure sale me at all he helped me find the best bike for me even had me drive another one for comparison. I worked with Amber on the Finance side of my bike and she made sure i got the best deal. If it weren't for Jeral, "Bird Man," I probably would not have been so inclined to come back. I purchased two scooters resulting in such a positive experience, I returned three months later to purchase a 2012 High Ball. Jeral is absolutely the perfect salesmen if you believe in no pressure, no echo, and genuinely cares about what the customer is after. So far our experience is great! Amber, Mr. Tattoo Lyle, Bobby,Bryan and Henry on the telephone. Whitey (The white Bonneville) is just what we wanted. After a rash of Velocettes, Nortons, Guzzi, BMW, Bultaco, Jawa/CZ, Matchless, Harley we're really excited about the Bonny. Bought my Victory Cross Roads in early June and love it! However, it was the experience with the Biker's Edge staff that was truly outstanding... I was treated fairly, respectfully, and patiently. I was allowed, even encouraged to test ride several bikes, and can't imagine a better "customer service oriented " dealership. Heck, they even gave me a loaner bike (off the showroom floor!) while mine was having accessories installed. I'm a Victory and Biker's Edge convert who only wishes I had discovered this dealership years ago.

Wow. My Rzr S is an amazing piece of equipment. Somehow, Polaris has found a way to make a break proof fun machine that takes all the punishment I can deliever. Jumps, sand, mud, water, and everything else i've thrown at it has been just another stepping stone for this machine. They saying "drive it like you stole it" definately applies with the Rzr S. I challenge anyone to push one of these things...you'll be pleasantly suprised. And a big thanks to everyone down at Biker's Edge. I love my 07 Speedmaster. This is the 3rd Triumph I have owned and 5th total for my husband and I. I have 10K miles on the bike and it just gets better and better. Thanks to the Bikers Edge crew for turning us on to truly trouble free riding. Our originial Bonneville has 25K miles and is as reliable as the day we took it home. The Rocket III is a blast to ride and love the comfort and performance. My next bike will definitely be a Triumph. Thanks for all the great experiences with the dealership as well. You always seem to know which direction to point me when I have questions. I really enjoyed the one stop shopping for bike, accessories, finance and insurance. Lowell saved me tons of money on by bike's insurance. What a great place to shop.

Just a note of thanks to all the staff at Bikers Edge who have been so helpful from the time of purchase, including all the customization work on my 2008 Victory Vision. My wife and I recently completed a trip up and back to Sturgis with four other couples, the Vision got the all the looks and was constantly the center of attention and conversation, it performed flawlessly! I took some after market parts in to be installed.Most dealers won't touch anything unless you buy it there.Bikers was glad to do it and had it done in a couple of days.My hat is off to Brian and Ray,great attitudes and knowledge.Thanks again guys!

I own BOTH makes of motorcycles - Triumph and Harley. There is a Harley dealer in the town I live in, and a Triumph dealer 45 miles away, but I choose to drive 150 miles to deal with Bikers Edge! Hi YA ALL I'm BACK! When I first walked into Bikers Edge a little over two years ago I was greeted with smiling faces. I had seen my dream bike in the window. An Indian Chief.It was too good to be true! It was as if it was calling to me . Threw a leg over it & Oh my my my. I wanted to start it up and ride it out of the store. On Feb 14th my husband and I bought my red & cream Indian Chief A true Valentine's Day present. If I ever need information, I can always depend on the parts & Mechanics department. For I also have two other motorcycles. A Harley Sportster and an Indian Scout Delux. My Chief is my baby though. He will turn heads where ever we go. It's truely that Awesome. They gotta be doing something right. I keep coming back for more parts oil, filters and Tee shirts, leathers and goggles and patches... These boys built me the baddest H-D bagger around (top of website). Extreme custom work that modified/changed 95% of a stock Harley. Wayne's work was first class and this bike draws attention where ever it goes - 3 magizine features. Service dept. rocks as well. And the best part, affordable! Great Sales Staff

I enjoyed the experience of picking out my new Victory High Ball. Alex and Lacey were very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase process. We were a little disappointed that the first salesman we talked to did not advise us that we could get a discount on store merchandise the day of the sale and also we talked with him regarding a foot pedal adjustment and was told it was a minor thing and could just be adjusted easily (like before we left the dealer) but later found out it would cost $200 for an adjustment kit and service charge. It seemed we were misled a little to make the sale. Love the motorcycle!
